Cashmere Characteristics:
Only the velvet from the goat is called cashmere.
Cashmere is a thin layer of fine velvet covered with the root of the goat, covering the roots of the rough hair of the goat. It grows in the cold winter, resisting the cold, and falling off after the spring of spring. It naturally adapts to the climate.
1. Cashmere fiber has a small and smooth scale, and there is an air layer in the middle of the fiber, so its weight is light and the feel is smooth and waxy.
2. Cashmere fiber's curling rates is large. It is suitable for processing as full, soft, and elastic knitted fabrics. It is comfortable and natural, and has good restore characteristics. No-shrink after washing with good preservation and so on. Due to the high degree of curls of cashmere, it is tightly arranged in spinning and weaving, so it has good warmth, so it is 1.5 to 2 times the wool.
3. The cashmere skin content is higher than wool, and cashmere is softer than wool.
4. The fineness of cashmere is smaller than wool, and the appearance of its products is better than wool.
5. The fineness of cashmere fibers is uniform, and its density is smaller than wool. The cross section is mostly round, and its products are thinner than wool products.
6. Cashmere moisture absorption is better than wool, which can fully absorb dyes without fading.
